Our story embodies the values of hard work, risk, grit, and determination. These principles guide our success as many of our pioneers started from humble beginnings in pursuit of the American dream. Inspired by his late grandfather, Edward DeBartolo Sr, Jed York believes in the importance of putting people in a position to succeed by giving them a chance when no one else will. This spirit guides the work of Brano Perkovich who, after seeking refuge in America after fleeing his native country of Serbia due to war, was given an opportunity by those willing to recognize his talents. This is our story and we look forward to making you a part of it.

Inspired by his late grandfather, Edward DeBartolo Sr, Jed York believes in taking calculated risks and the importance of recognizing talent in people and then putting them in a position to succeed by giving them a chance when others may not.
That spirit also guides the work of Brano Perkovich, who as a young refugee came to America following the outbreak of devastating war in his native country of Serbia. Today, as the founding partner of Aurum, he is passionate about “giving back” and supporting entrepreneurs that come from all walks of life.
